Core Values
Active wellsites are more than a temporary location for equipment. It is someone’s workplace, someone’s community and someone’s investment. Our core values inform every aspect of our work as we pursue harm-free wellsites.
Pioneering: Anticipating future solutions
Being a part of AIRIS means being a part of a true trailblazer. Not satisfied to simply be first-to-market, we’re best-in-class. It fuels our commitment to refining our processes, developing new technologies, and standing as experts in the field. We anticipate the needs in the field and lead the way with revolutionary solutions. We don’t innovate for the sake of innovation, but to pursue our vision of a harm-free wellsite.
Performance: Exceeding expectations
We back up our reputation with proven results. It’s why we care about objective data and measurable success. Details matter; we sweat the small stuff because in our business the small stuff can be deadly. It’s not just about reaching the goal; it’s about surpassing it and raising the bar even higher. AIRIS aims to be flawless, striving not simply to meet standards for compliance, but to establish a truly harm-free wellsite.
Teamwork: Collaborating effectively
We prioritize teamwork because people matter. We value and respect others, and we demonstrate that by helping them reach their goals. Becoming a trusted advisor begins with listening. Understanding the need is key to driving successful collaboration. The result is an enduring, effective solution, not simply a short-term, one-size-fits-all fix. We work alongside our clients and each other knowing the widest perspective allows us to find the greatest insight toward a harm-free wellsite.
Safeguard: Protecting irreplaceable assets
The greatest value we add to the world is in protecting others. Our scientific and technological achievements help us shield people from threats to their health and security. Our compliance and regulatory expertise allow us to guide employers into implementing solutions that reduce risk and vulnerability. This simple objective to protect and preserve is AIRIS’ foundational principle, motivating our commitment to realize a harm-free wellsite.
Fortitude: Embracing challenges with determination
Our passion and determination work together. We’re passionate to develop and implement the technologies and procedures that keep oilfield workers safe. Our determination means we do not quit until that passion becomes reality. That makes us agile in tackling new challenges and feeds our perseverance to identify unsurpassed solutions. It means setting big goals for ourselves. We will not quit as we pursue a harm-free wellsite.
